Every rim that enters the bay is treated as a structural component first, cosmetic second. Our process is auditable from intake to dispatch.

    01

    Intake

    Visual + structural audit logged. WhatsApp photo assessment available before drop-off.

  2. STAGE_02
    02

    Strip

    Tyres off, surface stripped to bare alloy. Any latent cracks exposed.

  3. STAGE_03
    03

    Repair

    Hydraulic straightening, TIG crack welding, sanding and profile rebuild.

  4. STAGE_04
    04

    Finish

    Diamond cut on the lathe, or full paint cycle in a controlled booth.

  5. STAGE_05
    05

    Dispatch

    Balance check, QA sign-off, certified release with 3-month workmanship guarantee.
